A VIGOUROUS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPED OVER CENTRAL CANADA ON
TUESDAY AND INTENSIFIED AS IT TRACKED JUST OFF THE ATLANTIC COAST OF
NOVA SCOTIA. HEAVY SNOW, BLOWING SNOW, AND HIGH WINDS ACCOMPANIED
THIS SYSTEM. VOLUNTEER REPORTS WERE AS HIGH AS 75 CM.
