Frost And Freeze Possible Throughout Inland Areas Of Maine And All Of New Brunswick Overnight

Frost advisory in effect for:

Fredericton and Southern York County
Frost may destroy fruit crops, vegetables, and other plants.

Minimum temperatures: ranging from -2 to +5 along parts of the coast.

Locations: Most of New Brunswick.

Time span: late tonight until Friday morning.

Remarks: Frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with very cool temperatures. With the growing season coming to an end, this will be the last frost advisory for northern New Brunswick.

Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.

Frost advisories are issued when temperatures are expected to reach the freezing mark during the growing season, leading to potential damage and destruction to plants and crops.
