Timing: Thursday and continuing through Friday morning.

Remarks: The snow is likely to be very wet and heavy in nature. This, along with gusty easterly winds, may cause tree branches to break. Utility outages may occur. The evening commute on Thursday is likely to be affected by this weather system.

Timing: Wednesday overnight and continuing through Friday morning. Snow will begin later on Thursday across Cape Breton.

Remarks: The snow is likely to be very wet and heavy in nature. This, along with gusty easterly winds, may cause tree branches to break. Utility outages may occur. Both morning and evening commutes on Thursday are likely to be affected by this weather system. Rain will mix with snow at times.

Snowfall warnings may be required.

Both morning and evening commutes on Thursday are likely to be affected by this weather system. Rain may mix in at times along the Fundy coast.

  Road and Mattawamkeag Wilderness Park Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

  - At 4:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 13.6 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

    ending at 4:15 PM EDT Tuesday was 13.9 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain around 13.6 feet

    this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this

    evening.

  - Flood stage is 13.5 feet.

  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
