WEATHER SUMMARY FOR NEW BRUNSWICK ISSUED BY ENVIRONMENT CANADA AT

AN INTENSE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BROUGHT WINTER-LIKE CONDITIONS TO
MUCH OF NEW BRUNSWICK DURING THE WEEKEND. THE SYSTEM SPREAD 20 TO
30 CM OF SNOW OVER CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE PROVINCE. THE
PRECIPITATION FELL MAINLY AS RAIN OVER SOUTHERN AND EASTERN
PORTIONS OF THE PROVINCE ALTHOUGH IT DID CHANGE TO SNOW SUNDAY
NIGHT. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 40 TO 70 MILLIMETRES WERE REPORTED.
