* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops and
  other sensitive vegetation.

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or

Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas.

Locations: New Brunswick.

Time span: early Tuesday morning.

Minimum temperatures: -2 to 0.

Remarks: Frost is expected to form overnight as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low lying areas. Frost conditions will likely be met again early Wednesday morning.

Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.
