Halifax County - east of Porters Lake
Minimum temperatures: +1 to +5 (coolest in low lying areas).
Locations: eastern mainland Nova Scotia and Cape Breton Island.
Time span: early Tuesday morning.
Remarks: Patchy frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low lying areas.
