Significant Snowfall Possible In Northern New Brunswick

Special weather statement in effect for:

Mount Carleton - Renous Highway
First significant early season snowfall likely on Monday.

Locations: northern New Brunswick.

Time span: Monday afternoon and Monday night.

Remarks: Indications are that snow will begin over northern New Brunswick Monday afternoon and continue Monday night, though a changeover to rain is possible Monday night over some regions. Total 

snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are possible; however, more accumulation is likely over higher terrain where temperatures will be colder.
