Snowfall warning in effect for:
  • Grand Falls and Victoria County
Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

Heavy snow will develop ahead of a low pressure system early Wednesday morning. Snowfall amounts of 15 centimetres are expected across Victoria county and the Renous area. Strong southeasterly winds will likely produce local blowing snow in exposed areas. The snow is expected to change to rain later in the afternoon. A brief period of ice pellets or freezing rain is expected during the changeover.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
